New Post Conversion Summary Bill
To insure receipt of your monthly bill after this conversion, you will receive a paper Summary Bill for the first two bill cycles of CenturyLink's new bill format. Two bill summary types are available. The summary version you receive will depend on if you receive departmentalization on your bill today.
Delivery method for CB105 Bill
The CB105 bill will be delivered through "My Account" at CenturyLink.com. To view a tutorial, you can:
1. Select Billing Help under the support tool box
2. Select the Business radio button
3. Enter your zip code
4. Select Billing Help in left navigation
Visit centurylink.com and click My Account to register.
Delivery methods for EDI 811
